As568 012 nbr 90 is made of acrylonitrile and butadiene copolymer.The acrylonitrile content is from 18% to 50%, and the higher the acrylonitrile content, the better the resistance to petrochemical oil hydrocarbon fuel oil.But the low temperature performance is worse, the general use temperature range of -25~100 ℃. Nitrile butadiene rubber is one of the most commonly used rubber for oil seals and O-rings.

It has good resistance to oil, water, solvent and high pressure oil.The material has good compression distortion, wear resistance and elongation.It has lowest cost and has been widely used at present.

As568 o ring is still play a good sealing, shock absorption role in oil, acid, alkali, grinding, chemical erosion and other environments. Therefore, the O-ring is the most widely used seal in hydraulic and pneumatic transmission systems.
